Reference is made to the regulation issued under Section 9 of the Emergency Decree on Public Administration in Emergency Situations B.E. 2548 (No. 25) announced in the Royal Gazette on June 26, 2021 and the Clause 2 of the Announcement of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) No. 34 dated June 27, 2021 regarding the order of temporary closure of premises, the order shall apply to sites with building construction, modification or demolition, or areas under process of construction, or sites with building construction, modification or demolition of edifices, large buildings, high buildings, multifamily residential buildings, and public buildings under the building control law, or temporary accommodation for workers, both located inside and outside the construction sites. Construction shall be stopped, and workers’ travel and movement are prohibited.

In this connection, to ensure smooth and effective operation of the University in line with the preventive measures prescribed by the government authorities during the COVID-19 crisis, by the virtue of Section 24 and Section 27 of the King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi ACT B.E.2541, the University thus issued this Announcement. The details are as follows:

1. All construction works in every area of the University shall be suspended from June 28, 2021 to July 27, 2021 or until further notice. 

2. If there shall be any issues arising from this announcement, the Senior Vice President for Administrative Affairs as Director of COVID-19 Emergency Operation and Assistance Center is tasked with deliberating and executing any action deemed appropriate and reporting to the President accordingly.

COVID-19 Vaccination Registration (Additional Round)

This registration is open for students who wish to receive Oxford/AstraZeneca vaccines On June 29, 2021 (190 doses available)

Additional doses of COVID-19 vaccines are available due to the registration cancellations of students who did not show up on their scheduled appointments or cannot be vaccinated because of health condition.

All undergraduate students (Student ID 60-64) can register for vaccination service.
The registration system will open on June 28, 2021 at 20.30 hrs. through https://bit.ly/3xZQi5g
(no invitation required). Please be informed that students must register with their university’s email “@mail.kmutt.ac.th.”.

Due to the limited number of vaccines, the vaccination service will be provided to students who successfully register for the vaccine on a first-come-first-served basis.

For other students, the University will open registration for vaccination again once more vaccines are allocated from the government authority.

The target group includes
• the 2nd year undergraduate students (Student ID 63xx)
• the 3rd year undergraduate students (Student ID 62xx)
• the 4th year undergraduate students (Student ID 61xx)
• the 5th year undergraduate students of all 5-year programs (Student ID 60xx)
• All graduate students
and
• Students who volunteer to work at the permanent COVID-19 Vaccination Site.
• Student leaders who need to do activities with the University in the near future.

⚠️ For other students who are not in the target groups mentioned above, please wait for the next round of vaccination service. The University will open the registration for COVID-19 vaccine again once additional vaccines are allocated.

🗓 The vaccination service rounds are available on June 28-30, 2021.

📩 The target students will receive an email for COVID-19 vaccine registration according to the notification posted on NewAcis on Friday 25 June 2021 at 15.00 hrs.

⚠️ The University would like to inform you that due to the limited number of vaccines allocated from the government, the vaccination service will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis.

📢 The Ministry of Public Health notified that the vaccines to be provided is AstraZeneca.
